    After completion of probationary period of employement, xgolf allows up to 15 days of paid leave per year

    Maternity leave

    We provide leave to any employee who are going through precious childbirth. xgolf encourages pregnancy!

    Special leave

    Special leave is provided for employees who have remained for more than one year, calculated sequentially

    All employees, especially beginner golfers, are offered free golf lessons and free rounding to help their understanding of the game and improve their skills

    Mentoring program
